TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Boozy Brunch
-
Boozy Brunch is available Saturdays and Sundays only, with a strict service period of 12:00pm–4:00pm for a minimum of 2 guests. Your 2-hour booking duration and beverage package will begin at the confirmed start time and cannot be extended for late arrivals.
-
All guests must participate in the Boozy Brunch package unless otherwise agreed in advance.
2. Booking Confirmation & Payment
-
Full payment is required to secure all bookings and must be made by card. A 2.2% surcharge applies to all transactions. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. By making payment, you acknowledge and accept all of Penny Young’s Terms and Conditions.
3. Final Numbers, Menu & Cancellations
-
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at the time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if your guest numbers decrease and you provide at least 72 hours’ notice, we’ll happily credit the value toward another Boozy Brunch session within 6 months of your original booking.
-
If fewer guests attend on the day than originally booked, the full amount for the confirmed number will still be charged.
-
If you wish to increase your guest numbers after confirmation, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but additional guests are subject to availability and, if approved, full payment will be required prior to the booking date.
4. Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
-
All allergies, intolerances, or anaphylaxis must be disclosed at the time of booking by noting them in your online booking. While we take every reasonable precaution, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, gluten, dairy, and seafood) and uses shared equipment. As such, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
-
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept that any food or beverage is consumed at your and your guests’ own risk. Penny Young accepts no liability for allergic reactions, anaphylaxis, or any health issues that may result from allergen exposure.
-
If an allergy, intolerance, or anaphylaxis is disclosed, we may require the affected guest to complete an Allergen Risk Acknowledgment & Waiver prior to the event.
-
Penny Young reserves the right to make changes to menu offerings based on seasonal availability or supplier constraints.
5. Floor Plan Allocation

While every effort will be made to honour specific space requests, final area allocation is at the discretion of management and may be adjusted due to weather, guest numbers, or operational needs.
